Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent People Operations (m/w/d) bist du Teil des People & Organization Teams und erhältst spannende Einblicke in das Tagesgeschäft der Personalarbeit mit dem Fokus auf den People Operations Bereich. Du unterstützt das Team in der Bearbeitung der jeweiligen HR-Themen und bringst dich außerdem bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen und in innovativen Projekten ein.

Deine Verantwortungen sind:

Du unterstützt uns bei der täglichen Personalbetreuung und bearbeitest Mitarbeiteranfragen in engem Kontakt mit deinen neuen Kollegen.
Du unterstützt bei den wichtigsten HR-Prozessen und -aufgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycles.
Du erstellst und bearbeitest Arbeitsverträge und andere Dokumente, und befasst dich mit allem, was zum People Operations Alltag dazugehört.
In unserem digitalen Personalmanagementsystem pflegst du die Mitarbeiterdaten, stellst deren Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit sicher und unterstützt mit Auswertungen und Reports.
Du bringst aktiv deine Ideen für Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklung des People Operations Feldes ein und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung.
Bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten wirkst du aktiv mit.

Das bringst du mit

Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität im Großraum Berlin immatrikuliert.
Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalarbeit eines FinTech Unternehmens sammeln und hast idealerweise bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen im Personalbereich auf denen du aufbauen kannst.
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden deine Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke ab.
Der Umgang mit Microsoft Office ist dir vertraut.
Eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verschwiegenheit zeichnen dich aus.

Your mission

As team member within our diverse People & Organisation team, you will work to create an empowering and diverse work environment to bring out the best in each of us.

As Working Student-People Operations (m/f/d), you will take active responsibility for P&O Admin issues. You will support our People & Organisation partners in all administrative matters and shape modern and appreciative HR work together with us. A supportive People & Organisation team is looking forward to working with you.

Your tasks are:

You will support us in the day-to-day HR operations and handle employee inquiries in close contact with your new colleagues.
You will support with the most important HR processes and tasks along the employee lifecycle.
You create and edit employment contracts and other documents, and deal with everything that is part of the People Operations daily routine.
In our digital personnel management system, you maintain employee data, ensure its completeness and correctness, and support with evaluations and reports.
You will actively contribute your ideas for process optimization and further development of the People Operations field and support its implementation.
You are actively involved in the preparation and implementation of HR projects

That's what you bring along

You are enrolled at a college or university in the Berlin area.
You would like to gain practical experience in the HR work of a FinTech company and ideally already have some practical experience in the HR area on which you can build.
Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
You possess an independent and structured way of working as well as high reliability, accuracy and discretion.
