As part of our commitment to operational excellence and technical expertise, we are looking for a Tech Ops engineer to support us in our mission to grow and innovate our tech infrastructure.
The Tech Ops Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients/ Services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune, Baramundi, Apple BM).
- Collaborate with security, development, and support teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, access management, and device provisioning.
- Maintain documentation, offer trainings to internal employees
