To support our Accounting team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will primarily take on operational tasks in the day-to-day business and assist the team in ongoing accounting processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations: You manage and route inquiries from the Finance inbox, support invoice processing, maintain vendor and customer master data, and assist with employee expense claims.
- Invoicing & Reporting: You support the preparation and issuance of invoices, help create regular reports, and ensure financial data is maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Processes: You assist with invoice postings in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), support payment run preparations, and help reconcile bank transactions and incoming payments.
- Month-End & Compliance Support: You contribute to account reconciliations, assist with month-end closing activities, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Team Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues across Finance and other departments, helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient day-to-day operations.
